President/Chief Executive Officer
Founded in 2006, Manny has led The HARAMBE Group, LLC to becoming one of the leaders in developing the DMV's downtown, surrounding, and suburban neighborhoods. Graduating from The University of California at Los Angeles, Manny's unique stylistic approach created opportunities to work for the cities biggest institutions. No slowing down in sight, Manny is still taking The HARAMBE Group, LLC to new heights.
An experienced executive with a demonstrated history of working in various disciplines of management and corporate industry. Skilled in corporate management and administration, Mr. Harmon began his legacy with a 22 year career at the National Broadcasting Company in post-program production. From there, he served as the senior facilities manager for Georgia Public Television for 10 years. Mr. Harmon, then transitioned his career into the field of Real Estate Investment and Development by becoming the Housing Counselor/Community-Program Liaison for the Non-Profit Real Estate Development Organization, 7th District Pavilion Baptist Churches Development Association. At the 7thDistrict, Mr. Harmon organized and project managed the construction of over 200 new construction homes. Mr. Harmon then facilitated the sales, purchase and placement of over 200 low and moderate income families in those homes over the 10 year period. Mr. Harmon provided homebuyer education workshops, credit, pre-purchase, budget and money management, homeownership(through building phase), fair housing, post-occupancy and renovation counseling to very-low, low and median income clients. He assisted an innumerable number of clients in these various phases and hundreds of clients through to closing and since 2006. Mr. Harmon is totally dedicated to the non-profit revitalization of communities for the betterment of families searching for their opportunity to achieve homeownership.

No slowing down in sight, Tony is still taking The HARAMBE Group, LLC to new heights.
An experienced vice president with a demonstrated history of working in various disciplines of the real estate industry. Skilled in litigation, family law, criminal law, legal research, writing, business administration and management. A strong entrepreneurship professional who graduated from Howard University, Howard University School of Law, and the University of Maryland. Anthony brings over 25 years of experience in real estate law, real estate acquisition, real estate finance, real estate project management, and real estate sales & marketing to bear as the managing principle of a dynamic, trend-setting, cutting-edge real estate investment, development & management firm dedicated to the for-profit & non-profit revitalization of communities throughout the nation.
Vice-President/Chief Financial Officer
With a background in real estate investment and development, Desiree' quickly adapted to big city business finance. Desiree' has joined us as our vice-president and chief financial officer. She has impressed many as a forward thinker and excellent communicator. Desiree' also spearheads our company's financial administration as well as HARAMBE's non-profit endeavors.
An accounting professional with over 20 years of experience in the field, managing full-cycle accounting at various organizations. Ms. Ford has13 years related experience working within the for profit and non-profit sectors. She has a passion for organizations that empower and uplift individuals that are less fortunate.
Vice President/Chief Operations Officer
Graduating from the University of Southern California, Debra has become well rounded in all facets of the industry. Spearheading campaigns that brought on new investors, Debra has made a name for herself with incredible visions for the company's future. By handling the operations of our company, Debra has proven to become the face of The HARAMBE Group, LLC and a positive asset to the community.
An experienced executive with a demonstrated history of working in various areas of the real estate industry. After a wonderful career in Dental Hygiene, Ms. Harmon transitioned into real estate industry. As a Realtor and Real Estate Appraiser, she assisted both home buyers and sellers with pre-purchase counseling for both purchase and sales, respectively. This includes, but is not limited to industry referrals, individualized counseling, market research and post-contractual follow-up. Specialization of clientele includes first-time homebuyers. Worked, almost exclusively, with low-income, first-time homebuyers. As a Real Estate Appraiser, she provide customer with report analysis of a subject property value, via inspection, market research, industry standards and government mandates. Ms. Harmon, then evolved into the Non-profit industry. As first, a Special Programs Director, then as a Housing Director, Ms. Harmon acted agency liaison / co-project manager on all Agency (CHDO) development projects; developed contracts and proposals regarding housing [and neighborhood infrastructure] in collaboration with Executive Director and Planning Director; oversaw the development and operation of Agency housing and [and neighborhood infrastructure] programs and activities; understood the Agency's constituencies, their needs, and the role the Agency plays in meeting their needs; served as a housing liaison between the community and the Agency, and interpreted the policies and procedures of the Agency to its constituencies in such a way as to earn public understanding and favor; advised the Executive Director and other administrators on housing issues. Ms. Harmon participated in strategic planning, including long-range and short-range goals for the Agency. Coordinated the design and production Agency brochures, posters, pamphlets, videos, photographic displays, website and other promotional materials as it relates to housing. Ms. Harmon stayed abreast of housing [and neighborhood infrastructure] situations throughout the Agency service area; Explored the feasibility of developing programs that deal with housing needs of Agency clientele; Acted as Agency liaison to organizations and agencies that deal with housing [and neighborhood infrastructure].
