HARAMBE CDA HOMEOWNERSHIP PROGRAM APPLICANTS...
The HARAMBE Community Development Association, in our quest to revitalize and rejuvenate urban and rural underserved areas, and make our rehabilitated homes available to the people living within those communities, has created a uniquely innovative and wonderful program that creates a defined and supportive path to homeownership.
HARAMBE has partnered with several well-established Homebuyers programs that mentor prospective future homeowners through the home buying process. Through financial mentorship, credit-counseling, and homeownership training, HARAMBE and our partners properly prepare our Future Homeowners for achieving their goal.
Upon completion of the home buying preparation process, our Future Homeowners are then paired with a uniquely designed, modernized, state of the art, revitalized home in a neighborhood that is in the process of emerging into the type of area that is usually sought after for community re-gentrification. The process purposefully allows Future Homeowners to purchase their first wonderfully revitalized home, in a progressive area, that allows them to become vital parts of their community and contributors to its ongoing upliftment.
